Lives and works in Milan where he was born. He holds a degree in Business Economics, awarded by the Catholic University of Milan.
Great traveller and expert of the northern Italian regions, Nordic Countries and Sports, he is also a great fan of the legendary football club Inter Milan.He loves good food, great connoisseur of wines and trekking in the mountains, anthropology and history, he also loves animals…is a tireless traveller with a desire to discover new lands and new people that never decreases, indeed.The many years of experience in organizing and leading sport and tour events, have made him very sociable and even more determined to pay tribute to what, according to him, is the source of life, wellness, socialization and a great way of rewarding: SPORT. His successful key is the care, with utmost precision and attention, of every detail regarding Discover Italy Now customer demands and enquiries.Ho doesn’t like hot weather and feels at "home" in colder climates.

LYDIA TROTTER

Lydia grew up in Sweden and is currently dividing her business activities between Milan and the major European cities. She holds a degree in Communication Science with specialization in "Tourism" and a Masters in International Relations and Marketing from IULM University of Milan.
Her study background led her over the years to deal with Communication, Strategic and Operational Marketing Campaigns, Media Relations and Event Planning for several companies in various industries, including tourism.

Since 2005 she is dedicated to making Discover Italy Now a successful Tour Operator, Incentive House and Communication & Marketing Agency, dealing mainly with Commercial Network Development and Product Strategy.
Great traveller, in almost 10 years, she has organized successful tailor-made events and journeys in Italy and north of Europe.
Her businessbackground and experience is extensive:with her ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends she has also carried out several successful Communication and Marketing campaigns, being always driven by a great desire to offer quality services that focus on high customization.
She loves everything that has to do with internationalization, globalization and communication as an expression of thoughts and voice of its meanings, messages and objectives.has also lived for study and work reasons in the cosmopolitan, multi-ethnic London which has confirmed the already strong and natural interest in different cultures.She loves reading as well as outdoor sports in all its expressions… we can often find her in hiking trips in the Alps to discover the beauty of the nature as well as rafting on rivers in Valle d’Aosta or in small charming villages to discover new cultural and gastronomic wonders ...
She has also an extensive expertise and experience in organizing corporate events and incentives.

PETER KJELDSEN
REGIONAL MANAGER - EUROPE

Originally from Denmark, Peter lives and works in Milan, where he moved from Copenhagen in 1998. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Tourism Management, which led him over the years to deal with Business Development, Communication and Media Relations.
Since 2004 he is dedicated to make Discover Italy Now a successful Tour Operator, Incentive House and Communication & Marketing Agency.
He loves Italy, to travel, books, cinema and Tuscany with its charming villages.
Peter has also a sommelier certificate, often putting into practice his wine knowledge and recommending the finest wines during our tours in which he gets involved sometimes.

HANS STRÖMVIK
BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – NON UE
SENIOR OPERATING PARTNER

Hans grew up in Sweden where he graduated in Marketing and since 2000 he lives and works between Milan and the Italian Canton Ticino in Switzerland.
He has a long experience in the areas of Direct Marketing and Brand Management in the tourism and institutions sectors.
Prior to joining Discover Italy Now, Hans hold a Development Manager position for Middle East, America and Australia in a famous tour operator, being in charge of contractual agreements with partners on a large scale that allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the product and business development dynamics in the travel industry.
Hans joined Discover Italy Now in 2006 starting to manage the Hotel Partner Marketing team and then became Regional Destination Manager.
Currently his job is as a Business Relationship Manager for the NON EU market managing mainly the agent network development.

MASSIMO SANTINI
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS MANAGER
OPERATING PARTNER

Born in San Remo, Massimo holds a bachelor degree in Economics and a Masters in Corporate Communication. His business background and experience is extensive:he has worked for many years as a consultant and manager of associations, institutions and companies in the field of sport, fashion, tourism and IT.
As an observer and expert in Corporate and Institutional Communication for web and magazines, he deals mainly with international development projects.
Massimo joined our team in 2005 to develop and maintain the relationships with the media and the launch of several product lines.
We can often find him for work reasons in the multi-ethnic London that has given him a strong interest in different cultures.
He also loves to travel, to discover the world and is very interested in web and the topic "cultural consumption" on which he has done considerable researches.

LORELLA GALEOTTI

OPERATING PARTNER

Lorella, classical studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, was born and grew up in Bologna.
Her dream of working in tourism and communication led her to various positions in tourist villages, including the Head of the Selection of Staff and later as Business Development responsible at a well-known travel agency in Milan. Joins the group Discover Italy Now in 2007
She loves to travel and dreams of being able to travel the world. She also likes theatre, cinema and art history, reads a lot and listen to lots of music. She loves good food and wine and experience flavours of distant lands.

MARIA LUNDIN TASSELLI
DESTINATION MANAGER
OPERATING PARTNER

Maria lives in Stockholm, Sweden and she travels frequently to our office in Milan. She holds a bachelor degree in Cultural Heritage at the University of Florence and has also achieved a Masters in Photography. Her Tuscan and Scandinavian origins have given her a sunny, open and generous but also a strong-willed character. If she has a goal to reach, it is difficult to stop her. She has travelled all her life in Italy and around the world, never separating from her camera.
After graduating in 2001, she started working as a journalist and photographer for several specialized newspapers and magazines. She joined Discover Italy Now in 2005 as Product and Destination Manager.
Currently she also collaborates with other tourism companies and tour operators.
As photography is another of her greatest interests she has done some exhibitions that have been met with great interest and success and she is also a member of the prestigious Royal Geographical Society in London.
He has an extensive experience in the organization of cultural and gastronomic events.
She loves theatre, opera, classical music and painting, animals and cultivates an incredible number of friends.
