The reservation phases are:
1) Fill out the booking form from the page of the trip
2) We confirm by e-mail your temporary booking and send you the final booking form
3) You send us by e-mail or fax the final booking form
4) You pay the fees
5) We confirm your reservation by e-mail

• Fill out the booking form from the page of the trip

On the page of the trip you will find all the information on cost and features of the travel package. To clarify any doubt feel free to e-mail us at:

To request a booking form click on "Book" to be found on the page of the trip. This will open another browser window. In this new page you will find an on-line form to be filled with the requested data.

• We confirm your temporary reservation by e-mail and send you the final booking form to be filled out

After submitting your request within a maximum of 24 hours you will receive an e-mail to the address you have supplied us with. This email will contain the booking form as an attachment in PDF format (printable format).If you decide to book definitely, print the attachment, fill it with the participants data and all the required information. Sign it.

• Send us your booking form via fax or scanned to the indicated e-mail adress

Once you have made the payment send us by fax to +39-(0)2-97.37.93.20 the completed and duly signed booking form and the receipt of payment.

• Fees payment

After filling out the form, you need to pay the amount indicated in the form.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or postal order. Make always sure that you receive the receipt of payment. The coordinates of the payment will be found in the form.

• We confirm your reservation by e-mail

Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail booking confirmation. Only on receipt of this confirmation, the trip can be considered booked.
Why do you need to wait for our confirmation? The booking confirmation is a usual procedure of our tour operator and is a document required by the Consumer Code (art.85).
