Discover Italy Now cooking classes by Lake Garda are organized in collaboration with the restaurant Le Gemme di Artemisia and Chef Andrew.
The courses are specialized in different levels and the chef will share with you his experiences, telling you in a pleasant way and with the help of anecdotes the recipes that you will cook together and the wines you will taste.

Basic courses:
Hands-on cooking class with typical gastronomic products (bread, bruschetta, antipasti, pasta, ravioli, tagliolini, tortelloni, risotto and desserts. The meal will also include a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, coffee and cappuccino. Duration 4 hours

Intermediate courses:
Hands-on cooking class with typical gastronomic products and the opportunity to choose your favourite cuisine topics and favourite recipes that you want to learn: antipasti, sandwiches, homemade pasta, different risotti, potato gnocchi, fish and seafood recipes, meat dishes, desserts. The meal will also include a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, coffee and cappuccino. Duration 4 / 5 hours

Advanced courses:
Italian culinary evolution and creative receipts. Preparation of a fixed menu with 5 different courses (starter, soup, pasta, main course, dessert). The meal will also include tasting of different wines, a bottle of water, coffee and cappuccino. Duration 5 / 6 hours

The restaurant with its atelier is famous for the beauty of the landscape and the tranquillity of its surroundings. The external terrace gives the chance to eat outside while admiring the breathtaking view of Lake Garda.
